Rainy Days & A Rooster Crows

It's a very rainy Wednesday... Ok...so I have to remind myself that everything needs the rain! The trees and the flowers need it, so they can look pretty for spring! A little rain never hurt anyone, right?! But it does make me want to stay in bed all day! haha!

Continuing the "Sounds of Easter"....yesterdays message was the "Crowing of The Rooster" (Luke 22:54-61)
They seized Jesus and lead him away....and Peter followed at a distance...and when asked,denied he'd every known Him...3 times he denied Christ....and the Rooster crows....

How often do we follow "at a distance"...?
Is is possible that we deny Christ?
These are thought provoking questions & have really had me thinking about how we don't realize that often we are SO much like Peter in so many ways!

The images and the words of Passion Week bring us all to the foot of the Cross & to the tomb, but Praise HIM! It is an empty tomb! He paid the price, we are fogiven!
