Make The Change!


Today is another start to another week. Mondays...we always say "I'll start that on Monday"..."I'll wait till Monday..." So today, now that I'm feeling a good bit better, I'm trying to start exercising again. Start eating better!

The words I kept repeating all day....MAKE THE CHANGE! What do I need to CHANGE?
SO many things! Change my routine, change my habits, change how I eat, change how I think... and that list goes on and on!!! So my challenge to myself for this week is to see how many things I can CHANGE!
Several of us talked about "complaining" this past week. That's another thing I realize more and more that I am guilty of!....check out www.acomplaintfreeworld.org
They have a cute little bracelet you can order & everytime you complain you move the bracelet from one arm to the other! What a neat idea!
The website says it takes 21 days to break a habit....so lets see how I've done in 21 days! How many CHANGES can I make? One day down...20 to go!
